Wild Sockeye Salmon

Our wild sockeye salmon comes from Alaska. The wild salmon fillets are brined and slowly cold smoked with an aromatic blend of maple, oak, cherry and apple woods. The well-balanced flavor highlights the specific nuances of wild salmon. Also available in Traditional.

Smoked in Maine

We draw from a mix of hardwoods and fruitwoods: cherry, apple, oak and maple. Smoking with this unique blend of four woods creates distinctly mild and delicate smoked products.
