Mackerel’s unique bold taste is perfectly complemented with a custom brine recipe of salt, sugar and spices. The hot smoking process preserves the moist texture and the fish oils. Mackerel is the perfect addition to salad and seafood spreads. Comes in 2 varieties: Traditional, and Peppered.

We draw from a mix of hardwoods and fruitwoods: cherry, apple, oak and maple. Smoking with this unique blend of four woods creates distinctly mild and delicate smoked products.
