-4oz Ducktrap Smoked Salmon Meal Toppers

-4oz Spaghetti

-6 Tbsp. Butter (room temperature)

-3/4 Cup grated Parmesan cheese

-2/3 Cup pasta water

-Salt & Pepper to taste

-1/2 Can of sweet peas (optional)


Cook spaghetti following package instructions. Transfer cooked pasta to a medium bowl. Add butter, grated Parmesan cheese, and 2/3 cup of pasta water, mix vigorously until creamy and well combined. Adjust consistency by adding more pasta water if necessary. If including peas, gently fold them into the pasta. Divide the mixture into two serving bowls and sprinkle each portion with half a package of Ducktrap Salmon Meal Toppers. Serve promptly.
