– 4oz Ducktrap Smoked Salmon Meal Toppers

-16oz Chopped Kale

-Whole Cucumber, wedged

-1 Cup Rainbow cherry tomatoes, halved

-1/2 Red onion, sliced

-Vinaigrette of your choosing


Place the chopped kale in a large salad bowl. Massage the kale with your hands for a couple of minutes to soften it. Add the wedged cucumber, halved rainbow cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion to the bowl. Add the Ducktrap Smoked Salmon Meal Toppers to the salad bowl. Drizzle your preferred vinaigrette over the salad. Toss everything together gently to ensure all ingredients are well combined and coated with the dressing. Divide the salad into individual bowls or plates. Serve immediately.
