Hot Honey Smoked Salmon Deli-Style Lettuce Boats

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz cold smoked Hot Honey salmon, sliced
  • 4–6 leaves butter lettuce or romaine hearts
  • 3–4 tbsp whipped cream cheese or herbed Boursin

  • 2–3 radishes, thinly sliced (or ½ small cucumber, thinly sliced)

  • Cracked black pepper, to taste

  • Optional: 2 tbsp crispy shallots or a pinch of everything bagel seasoning

  • Optional sides: pickle spears or a handful of chips

Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese onto each lettuce leaf.
  2. Layer on smoked salmon slices, radish or cucumber for crunch.
  3. Sprinkle with pepper and seasoning of choice.
  4. Serve 2–3 boats per person with a pickle spear or side of chips.
