Cold Smoked Salmon Roll-ups

Ingredients:

– 4oz Kendall Brook Cracked Pepper & Garlic Cold Smoked Salmon
– Cream Cheese (refrigerated)
– Cucumber, sliced rounds
– chives, capers or dill for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lay a slice of cold smoked salmon flat on a clean surface.
  2. Place a few chopped cucumber pieces near the bottom center of the slice.
  3. Add a spoonful of cream cheese on top of the cucumber.
  4. Roll up the salmon slice gently.
  5. Top with your favorite garnish (like fresh dill, chives, or capers).Enjoy!
