Cold Smoked Salmon Poke Bowl

Ingredients:

– 4oz Spruce Point Cold Smoked Atlantic Salmon
– Cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1 Hass Avocado, sliced
– Green Onions, finely chopped
– Cucumber, sliced length wise
– 1 Cup Sushi rice, cooked
– 1/4 Cup Wakame Salad (optional)
– Everything Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, place cooked sushi rice
  2. Top by sectioning cherry tomatoes, avocado slices and cucumber rolls, leaving a section clear.
  3. Place cold smoked salmon in empty spot and sprinkle with seasoning blend.
  4. If using Wakame salad place a scoop on top
  5. Sprinkle chopped green onions over bowl and Enjoy!
