Ingredients:

– 4oz Ducktrap Spruce Point Traditional cold smoked salmon
– Focaccia bread
– Cherry tomatoes
– Capers
– Arugula to top off
– Cream cheese
– Wine jelly (optional)

Instructions

  1. Warm the focaccia bread in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until it's lightly golden and crispy on the edges.
  2. Once the focaccia is ready, remove it from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
  3. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese evenly over the warm bread.
  4. Next, layer slices of cold smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese, ensuring even coverage.
  5. Add halved cherry tomatoes and a sprinkle of capers for a tangy bite.
  6. Top with a handful of fresh arugula, adding a peppery flavor and a bit of crunch.
  7. Drizzle wine jelly over everything for a touch of sweetness to balance the flavors.
  8. Slice and serve immediately!
