Cold Smoked Salmon Cucumber Roll Ups

Ingredients:

– 4oz Spruce Point Gravlax Cold Smoked Salmon
– 2oz Cream Cheese
– 1 Hass Avocado, sliced
– 3 Radishes, sliced
– Cucumber, sliced length wise
– Baby Greens
– Dill, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Start by placing cucumber slices on a flat surface.
  2. Spread cream cheese on cucumber and top with veggies and cold smoked gravlax Atlantic salmon.
  3. Once done layering, grab edge of cucumber slice and roll.
  4. Pin with a pick to hold in place and for mess free eating.
  5. Garnish with dill or micro greens
