8 oz. Smoke Roasted Hot Honey Salmon (room temperature)
1 lb. fresh pizza dough
⅓ cup marinara sauce
6 oz. fresh mozzarella, patted dry and thinly sliced
¼ cup fresh basil, shredded
Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475°F. Position a rack in the top third of the oven.
Stretch the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter. Aim for a round shape it doesn’t need to be perfect.
Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
Top with mozzarella slices, spaced out for even melting.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Finish the pizza right out of the oven:
Layer on Smoke Roasted Hot Honey Salmon
Sprinkle with fresh basil
Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil
Slice and serve while hot.
Feel free to customize your pizza with additional toppings like cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, or onions—but always finish with the smoked salmon and basil after baking for the best flavor and texture.
