Spicy Smoked Salmon Chopped Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 4oz Cold smoked Hot Honey salmon, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped romaine or iceberg
  • 2 tbsp chopped pickles or cucumbers
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream cheese
  • 1 wrap or lavash bread

Instructions

  1. On a large cutting board, combine the salmon, lettuce, pickles or cucumbers, and whipped cream cheese. Chop everything together into a fine, evenly mixed filling.
  2. Spoon the mixture into the center of your wrap. Fold in the sides, then roll it up tightly.
  3. Place the wrap seam-side down in a hot pan or sandwich press. Toast for 2–3 minutes, or until the outside is golden and lightly crisped.
