– 4oz Ducktrap Cold Smoked Sockeye Salmon
– 1/2 Red Cabbage Head, shredded
– 1 Cucumber, thinly sliced
– 1 Carrot, shredded
– 1 Sheet of Rice Paper Cold Water
– Sesame Seeds
Instructions
Chop the red cabbage and carrot. Set aside.
Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Set aside.
Hydrate the rice paper in cold water for 1 minute. Remove rice paper and place on a flat surface.
Layer on your sliced cucumber, red cabbage, carrots and sockeye salmon slices to your liking.
Fold uncovered rice paper sides inward, then tightly roll.
Cut into portions and sprinkle with sesame seeds
Serve with dipping sauce
