Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F
If desired, brush the flatbread crust lightly with olive oil for extra crispiness and flavor. Place it directly on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Bake the flatbread in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes until it’s warmed through and slightly crispy around the edges.
Remove the flatbread from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Spread a layer of cream cheese evenly over the entire surface of the flatbread.
Top with Ducktrap Cold Smoked Wild Sockeye Salmon, arranging the slices to cover the cream cheese.
Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, then add a handful of baby arugula or your favorite greens as a garnish.
