Smoked Salmon Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

– 6oz Smoke Roasted Cracked Pepper & Garlic Atlantic Salmon
– 1 Box of Rotini Protein Pasta
– 3-4 Tbsps Italian-style dressing of choice
– 2 Cups Mini Broccoli florets
– 1/3 Cup green onion, chopped
– 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shaved

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, follow boxed pasta cooking instructions. Let cool slightly afterwards
  2. Whisk together the pasta, Italian dressing, Broccoli and onions.
  3. Place smoke roasted salmon on a cutting board and cut into cubes.
  4. Add to pasta mixture and fold into pasta salad gently.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and enjoy!
