– 6oz Smoke Roasted Cracked Pepper & Garlic Atlantic Salmon
– 1 Box of Rotini Protein Pasta
– 3-4 Tbsps Italian-style dressing of choice
– 2 Cups Mini Broccoli florets
– 1/3 Cup green onion, chopped
– 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shaved
Instructions
In a large pot, follow boxed pasta cooking instructions. Let cool slightly afterwards
Whisk together the pasta, Italian dressing, Broccoli and onions.
Place smoke roasted salmon on a cutting board and cut into cubes.
Add to pasta mixture and fold into pasta salad gently.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and enjoy!
