Cold Smoked Salmon Crostini

Ingredients:

– 4oz Kendall Brook Cold Smoked Salmon
– Whipped Feta Cheese
– Cherry Tomatoes
– Capers
– Radish Medallions
– Dill
– Olive Oil
– Fresh Basil (optional)
– Ciabatta, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the ciabatta bread, brush with olive oil and toast to your liking.
  2. Proceed to spread feta cheese evenly over the top.
  3. Then layer with cold smoked salmon, and assorted toppings.
