Cold Smoked Salmon Carpaccio

Ingredients:

– 4oz Kendall Brook Cracked Pepper & Garlic Cold Smoked Salmon
– 2 lemons
– Handful Fresh Parsley
– Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– Salt & Pepper, to taste
– Capers
– 2oz Cream cheese
– 2 orange slices
– Red Onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. To prepare the carpaccio dressing, squeeze the two lemons and filter out pulp and seeds.
  2. Add a good amount of olive oil along with the parsley. Then add salt and pepper to taste, keeping in mind the smoked salmon already comes well seasoned.
  3. On a plate, spread cream cheese evenly over surface.
  4. Top cream cheese with slices of smoked salmon, oranges, onions and greens.
  5. Drizzle with carpaccio dressing. Cover the plate with foil or plastic wrap and let marinate 30 minutes minimum before serving.
  6. Serve with your favorite hosting crackers or rolls, Enjoy!
