COLD SMOKED SALMON SPRING ROLLS

Ingredients:

  • 4oz Ducktrap’s Cold Smoked Wild Sockeye Salmon​
  • ½ Red Cabbage Head (finely chopped)​
  • 1 Cucumber (thinly sliced)​
  • ½ Cup Shredded Carrot​
  • 1 Sheet of Rice Paper​
  • Cold Water​
  • Sesame Seeds for Garnish​

Instructions

  1. Hydrate the rice paper in cold water for 1 minute. Remove rice paper and place on a flat surface.
  2. Layer on your sliced cucumber, red cabbage, carrots, and Sockeye salmon slices to your liking.
  3. Fold uncovered rice paper sides inward, then tightly roll.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with dipping sauce.​
