Atlantic Salmon fillets are dry brined, lightly trimmed, cold smoked in small batches and seasoned with specially blended spices. The result is a unique variety of thinly sliced smoked salmon, perfect to enjoy on a charcuterie plate or in sandwiches.
We draw from a mix of native Maine hardwoods and fruitwoods: cherry, apple, oak and maple. Smoking with this unique blend of four woods creates distinctly mild and delicate smoked products.
