Among our core values of producing premium all natural smoked seafood in the mid-coast of Maine, we value our customers and our employees in the highest degree. An integral part of passing on those traditions and values is having employees that uphold the character we cherish. Pictured below is Joanne Jackson who has been behind the scenes at Ducktrap for more than twenty years. Seeking a change of pace and place, last week Joanne moved from her position on our dry brine line to our processing line. She has pretty much done it all at Ducktrap from filleting to shipping, and now processing. We want to thank Joanne for her years of hard work and dedication and are looking forward to several more!
